Responsibilities:
* Direct report to Director of Operations (Assist in leading a team of 7 – 10 people)
* Lead sales
* Scheduling / team communication
* Be a team leader, lead by example
* Opening and closing procedures
* Breaking down pallets of 50 pound pails (note: do not apply if you have existing injuries that could prevent daily heavy lifting of pails)
* Organizing, managing, ordering storage and supplies
* Acting cashier, inventory
* Customer service and engagement
* Prepare and sample products
* Grow brand awareness
* Promote sales and customer engagement with the team
* You thrive engaging with the public and creating memorable experiences
* Be a brand ambassador
Desired Work Experience:
* 3 year retail sales
* 2 years Supervisory/Assistant Manager experience
* 4 years customer service experience
* Food Safety Certification (if not we can help you obtain this)
* You know Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
* Detail oriented
* You take pride in what you do
Additional Requirements:
* If you have a valid work visa it must be valid through 2024
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.49-$23.49 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
